The Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo, has disclosed details of the church’s newly completed Ark auditorium at Canaanland, Ota, Ogun State, describing the massive facility as a “global amazement.”
Oyedepo made the disclosure during the Day Five Impartation Service of the 2026 Annual Youth Alive Convention, which was held from August 18 to 22 under the theme, “Next Levels.”
According to the cleric, the Ark auditorium has a seating capacity of 109,000 people, alongside 126 escalators, 29 elevators and 20 industrial chillers serving its central air-conditioning system.
He stressed that the facility contains actual seats rather than benches, highlighting the scale of the project.
“There are 109,000 seats. Seats, not benches. Seats. There are 20 chillers,” Oyedepo said.
He explained that each of the chillers has the capacity to power a 5,000-bed hotel, adding that the 20 units were installed to support the auditorium’s central air-conditioning system.
Oyedepo also disclosed that the church had not recently solicited a special offering from members specifically for the construction of the Ark.
He said funds raised through the church were being channelled into other areas, including welfare support for members in need.
According to him, Living Faith Church currently provides welfare assistance to at least 2,000 people every week, while the construction of the Ark has no outstanding financial obligations.
“Nothing on ground will be paid tomorrow. All paid off. They are just fixing,” he stated.
The bishop attributed the completion of the massive project to what he described as the “unlimited breakthrough power” of God, saying it was achieved without persistent financial appeals or pressure on the congregation.
Oyedepo used the development to encourage believers to expect what he described as stress-free breakthroughs, urging them to embrace love as an important principle for sustained progress in life.
He declared, “Your breakthroughs from henceforth shall be stress-free,” while describing love as “the greatest lifter of the believer.”
The Ark auditorium is located within the Living Faith Church’s Canaanland complex in Ota, Ogun State.
