Prince Tobiloba Abiri, popularly known as Folagade Bankz Mama Deola, a filmmaker and content creator, has been selected as one of the distinguished recipients of the Motherland Heroes Award 2026.
The prestigious recognition is being organised by the Miss Motherland Nigeria Pageant, an initiative dedicated to promoting the unity and oneness of Nigeria and celebrating individuals whose contributions positively influence society.
In a notification letter dated September 6, 2026, the Management and Organising Committee of Miss Motherland Nigeria described Abiri’s selection as a recognition of his contributions, achievements, leadership and service to humanity.
According to the organisers, the Motherland Heroes Award was established to honour Nigerians who have demonstrated meaningful impact through leadership, community development, cultural preservation, professional achievements and service to society.
The committee noted that the award is based on merit, outstanding accomplishments, positive influence and demonstrated commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
The organisers further recognised Prince Abiri’s work in filmmaking and content creation, stressing that his accomplishments and contributions have earned him a place among the personalities being celebrated under the 2026 edition of the award.
The award committee said his selection represents an appreciation of the positive impact of his work and the values he continues to demonstrate through his creativity, service and engagement with society.
The physical presentation of the award is scheduled to take place during the Grand Finale of Miss Motherland Nigeria 2026, on Friday, September 18, 2026, at The Grand Junction Luxury Hall, Landmark Towers, Victoria Island, Lagos State.
The event will feature a red-carpet session beginning at 5:00pm, while the main event is scheduled to commence at 7:00pm.
The organisers have extended an invitation to Prince Abiri to personally receive the award or designate a representative to accept the honour on his behalf.
The Miss Motherland Nigeria team congratulated the filmmaker and content creator on the recognition, describing it as a well-deserved acknowledgement of his achievements and contribution to the creative industry and Nigerian society.
