Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has congratulated Senator Tunde Ogbeha on his birthday, describing the former military administrator and lawmaker as a patriot whose years of public service have been marked by courage, sacrifice and dedication to democratic values.
In a birthday message, Atiku acknowledged Ogbeha’s contributions to Nigeria’s political development, noting that his public career has reflected a sustained commitment to the principles of good governance and national service.
The former vice president said Ogbeha’s experience and voice remain valuable at a period when Nigerians are confronted with rising living costs, economic difficulties and growing concerns over the direction of governance in the country.
According to him, Nigeria requires leaders with the courage and conviction to speak for ordinary citizens and work towards building an economy that provides opportunities and improves the quality of life of the people.
Atiku stressed the need for a renewed commitment to policies that would make basic necessities more affordable, strengthen businesses, improve workers’ welfare and give young Nigerians greater confidence in their future.
